Firefox Extension: Stop Autoplay
Dear friends,
I don't have time to maintain Stop Autoplay. The extension is still buggy and the code needs to be rewritten, but that is beyond my ability. I am looking for someone to take over the development. If you are interested in this extension, please leave your message on the support page.
Thank you.

HTML tag
<bgsound>to the Gecko friendly<embed>. - Sometimes, the background music has no control panel and you have no way to play or stop it. If you like, Stop Autoplay will show a controller, size customized, in the right top corner of the page.
- Stop Autoplay provides also a whitelist. You can input the keywords of the sites which you allow the autoplay.
- Attention!
- Due to Bug 236839, you have to enable JavaScript to make Stop Autoplay to work.
